Large and comfortable rooms feature modern and efficient Panasonic air-conditioners, a mini-fridge, personal towels, toilet paper and antique-style bedroom furniturings with cotton linens. Rooms are cleaned and refreshed only if you advise us about it, otherwise we never change your directions

Bed sheets and towels are changed every 3 days, for long lasting staying. The bathroom is also wide and comfortable, and shared by 2 rooms. We also give you facilities for coffee or tea. You can also enjoy the front Veranda at any time, taking care about all properties which are for use to all who ones will come after you. Others areas are limited for internal service or those are owner’s private reserved which you must respect and its use will be liable to their approval.

You can use cups, glasses or meals storages but remember ask always for it and we will kindly help you.

We will help you to find solutions to any random troubles related with your staying in our house or out of it, trying to do it as consequent as situation.

Local phone calls are included with no extra charge, but it excessive use will not be accepted.

An small extra bed can be added in each room to accommodate 3 persons for extra 5.00cuc  per night, but it is only possible if the third one is younger than 15 years old.

Light coffee or tee at morning is only included in the price and often we'll invite you to drink Cubita express coffee across the day. If you need breakfast according to your likings we can serve it in different ways, while version #2 is always preferred by almost everybody.

Better rates are not possible for less than 30 days and only it will be effective with persons who come for job reasons, courses, or officials activities to both own interest.

As tentative average 550.00 cuc will be the lower price for one whole month and in July, December, January or February it will not be possible

In any situation for long lasting booking you should send us throughout our Transcard account a four (4) night fee without discount which be effective once you arrive to our house.

If 2 rooms are rented at once for more than 7 nights and forward, better rates are possible.

We don't offer single rooms or special rates for just one person

Laundry service is available at extra charge and it will be paid to our house keeper.

Occasional dating with local men or women are not accepted.

We do not accept children under 8 years-old.
